My name is Sophie Kabaka Pequery.  I have worked in France, Portugal, Mali, Cote d'Ivoire and Rwanda. My clients are now worldwide (EU, UK, West Africa, USA...) as I embrace a career of learning experience designer.
 
As an experimented consultant, I am passionate about solving real world problems into learning designed solutions. My work supports corporate teams and education institutions into building a strong learning environment while delivering a smooth experience when meeting clients' expectations.

I am also a writer and visual artist. I am French and Rwandan, and I grew up in Niamey (Niger) then moved to France to study Economics, Human Sciences and International Development.

After a career in Project Management and HR management for international startups, I got certified into Instructional design and today I embrace growing on this path.

I am passionate about learning development and from the world I observe & navigate, I question how we learn and unlearn, how we teach, how we define ourselves in our relationships of all nature. 
I like to approach any mission and collaboration with a holistic perspective, putting design and people at the core of the learning experience.

Learning experience design

From virtual classes to interactive content, I design the whole learning experience tailored to your needs. I believe into learner centered approach and design thinking decision making. From the learning experience, everyone should be able to get their desired goals.

People Development

Using the learning curve of any employee/collaborator within your organization, I offer consulting on performance diagnosis, learning gaps identification, well-being strategy and career path advocacy. I also offer CV design and application best practices.

HR operations 

I help tech start-ups and international companies into structuring their HR process. By offering consulting on needs analysis, recruitment process diagnostic, I want to help emerging organizations to structure their HR department. 

Skillset

In each project, I assess the needs and I deliver the learning experience using the appropriate tool (Google Suite, Mindmeister, RISE 360, Articulate, Camtasia, Figma).

I also apply core concepts of design thinking, project management tools such as Notions, and analytics evaluation schemes.
